Refund Policy

We want you to be able to evaluate Quolla before you buy. That is what the free browser demo is for. Please try it first to see whether Quolla fits how you think.

Quolla is a digital product delivered immediately as a download and license key. We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase if Quolla is not working for you. Refunds for clear technical failures, such as the app not running at all and the issue not being resolvable, will be honored.

Contact us through the Support page with your order or license information and a short description of the issue.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Their refund terms also apply. AI provider usage costs are billed separately by your provider and are not included in Quolla refunds.
